We pride ourselves in colleague development at Fenmarc. We equip all our people with the right skills and empower them with the right environment. Then we ask them to take personal responsibility for being the best they can be.

Our Directors lead by example, developing specific learning events and attending these programmes as well as providing 1:1 coaching. Working together with Fairstead Development Ltd we have created tailored and award winning learning experiences. The programmes, called 101, 202 and F6 are offered to colleagues across the business and are interactive and fun and look at personal development and self-management. Vitally, they encourage implementation of the learning back at work.

Together with Fairstead we also offer specific courses to colleagues in management positions, looking at business and team planning, leadership styles and raising individual and team performances. The programme takes attendees through the management cycle. When they go back and apply this learning in the workplace, it generates measurable results.

Further training is available through vocational courses such as the NVQ scheme. We also provide the support and time needed to achieve such qualifications, and offer help and guidance in finding the correct learning material to help you grow.
