Our specialised ready-prepared vegetable facility started life right at the inception of the category; we have learnt from the categories development and have been able to continually make NPD recommendations that have driven the value of the category for our customers and delighted the end consumers.

The site is highly automated allowing us to produce a range from small, single component packs to family sized, multi-ingredient products. We pack into a range of formats, providing flexibility to our customers, with a variety of technologies to improve shelf life.

We have long-standing relationships with our key growers and suppliers, both in the UK and abroad, who are able to supply conventional ingredients as well as organic components. We’re proud that 75% of our produce is grown just two hours away from the factory and is harvested on a daily basis. Our efficient supply chain and the latest production scheduling tools, combined with a flexible seven-day shift pattern, give us the flexibility to react quickly to orders with short lead times. In house processing adds further control to the operation, allowing us to deliver for both our customers and consumers requirements quicker and more specifically.
