A FRESH APPROACH TO PRODUCE
On Tuesday 20th September, 12 enthusiastic Fenmarc colleagues attended the launch of their 101 training.
101 training is a bespoke self-awareness course where colleagues learn about their personal effectiveness: how to lead themselves, how to interact with others and why each of us works in a certain way. The course underpins the Fenmarc culture and after 11 years remains fundamental to the business ethos.
